Between the 8th and 10th October 2011 (5 days to go) 22 of us will be in Nepal, meditating on a pristine glacier on Everest.
People from all over the world are joining us in their homes, communities and places of meditation to create a wave of positive energy. We will focus on the same goal, at the same time and create a shift from a world of negativity to one of positivity and empowerment.
Here are some simple ways you can get involved
1. Think positive and say the words: “We are beings of infinite possibilities”
2. Be positive: have a party, do something nice for someone, smile at people, feel happy, sing a song, do a dance. Whatever makes you happy to make others happy
3. Reverse negativity: Each time you encounter injustice, think or repeat a kind word to reverse the consequent negativity
4. Create positivity: by meditating on the Power of the Positive (see below)
